Production & delivery

LED frames are typically produced and delivered in 10–15 days. Delivery is available across India; the delivery charge is confirmed from the destination pincode.

Custom pooja and glass-interior work typically takes 15–20 days after design, measurements and quotation are confirmed. Timelines can change for distant projects or special materials; our team confirms this before payment.

For delivery orders, customers should inspect the package promptly and follow the transit-damage instructions shared by our team.

Store pickup & installation

Store pickup is available in Hyderabad, and an eligible pickup benefit may apply to Normal and Smart LED frames. Our team confirms the exact benefit before payment.

Professional installation for eligible products is available in Hyderabad. The standard installation charge communicated for LED-frame work is ₹2,500; delivery is separate. Custom-interior installation is quoted based on the project.

Warranty

Applicable LED and electrical components carry a one-year warranty from the confirmed order or invoice date, subject to normal use and the product terms shared with the customer.

Metal frames are durable, but glass is not covered by warranty. Physical damage, breakage, misuse and unauthorised alterations are not treated as electrical warranty issues.

Custom orders & cancellation

Artwork, dimensions, colours, finish and quotation must be approved before production. Full payment is required before custom work starts.

Because every confirmed order is made for a specific customer, cancellation is not available once production has started. Customers should review every final detail carefully before approval.

Site visits

Site visits must be booked at least three days in advance. Hyderabad visits within the defined 50 km service radius are ₹2,000. The ₹2,000 is adjusted on qualifying bills of ₹50,000 or more.

Non-local visits in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka are ₹5,000. The ₹5,000 is adjusted on qualifying bills of ₹1,50,000 or more. Travel time and scheduling depend on distance.

Customer information

We collect only the details needed to guide, quote, produce, deliver or install your order—such as product requirement, size, image, city, phone number, pincode and address when required.

A full address is requested only when delivery or a site visit requires it. Please do not send payment information or sensitive personal documents through public comments.
